Octava Property Trust (OPT)

VISIT OCTAVA PROPERTY TRUST

Octava Property Trust is a portfolio that included almost 20 office and retail assets, with a total value of approx. EUR 250 million, gross leasable area of over 200,000 square meters and annual rental income of almost EUR 20 million.  The portfolio’s GLA is ca. 200k square meters.

Onyx built the OPT portfolio through an acquisition of underperforming assets between 2014 and 2017.
Since taking over, the individual assets have been re-commercialised and recapitalized.

OPT is majority owned and controlled by the Elliott Group

Financing of the Quorum C residential project

Advised the Lender in arranging approximately EUR 25 million financing for the Quorum C Residential Project in Wrocław, indirect investment participation in this financing and its management as agent. The investment is being carried out by Resi Capital S.A. from the Cavatina Group with an area of approximately 16 thousand square meters of usable area and 340 units.

Financing of the GOP residential Project

Advised the Lender in arranging approximately EUR 28 million financing for the GOP Residential Project in Katowice, indirect investment participation in this financing and its management as agent. The investment is being carried out by Resi Capital S.A. from the Cavatina Group with an area of approximately 26 thousand square meters of usable area and 660 units.

Financing of the Quorum B residential Project

Advised the Lender in arranging approximately EUR 41 million financing for the Quorum B Residential Project in Wrocław and managed the Project as agent. The investment is carried out by the Cavatina Group with an area of approximately 36 thousand square meters of usable area and 674 units.

A residential project on the site of the former Galeria Malta Shopping Center in Poznań

Property manager additionally offering consulting in the field of strategic management, closure of Galeria Malta’s operations and demolition of the facility. Part of the Team changing the local plan and co-investing in the Residential Project on the site. The Project’s goal is to change a loss bearing commercial investment into a modern residential estate in order to take full advantage of the most desirable location in Poznań overlooking Lake Malta.

VISIT OCTAVA

Octava was Warsaw-listed in 1997 as a privatization and restructuring fund. It has been managed by the members of the Onyx team since 1994.

Since its inception, Octava restructured over 30 corporates and implemented developments of cir. 100k square meters of commercial and residential properties.

Since its inception, Octava has distributed to its shareholders ca. $200m through dividends, buybacks and redemptions
