Bogdan is one of the founders of Onyx. He has over 26 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investment banker and real estate asset manager. Bogdan has been involved in all aspects of setting up and running investment portfolios and actively overseeing individual assets.
Bogdan has been a member of management and supervisory boards of Ipopema Securities S.A., TFI Ipopema S.A. and Octava S.A. He has also worked at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
Bogdan is a graduate of Harvard University.

Henryk formally joined the Onyx team in 2017. Henryk has over 25 years of M&A and real estate experience. He has worked with the Partners on a number of projects during that period. In the area of real estate, he has focused specifically on commercial development, covering all of its aspects.
Prior to joining Onyx, Henryk was a Finance Director at Redis Group, a Portfolio Manager at KP Konsorcjum (fund management company) managing Octava NFI and Piast NFI.
Henryk is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (B.Comm) and McGill University (MBA).
Henryk formally joined the Onyx team in 2017. Henryk has over 25 years of M&A and real estate experience. He has worked with the Partners on a number of projects during that period. In the area of real estate, he has focused specifically on commercial development, covering all of its aspects.

Ewelina has over 10 years of experience in controlling, auditing, financial accounting, management and reporting.
At Onyx she is responsible for: supervision of special purpose vehicles, relations with banks and optimization of the financing structure.
Before joining Onyx, Ewelina worked as a financial controller in commercial real estate companies and as an auditor at KPMG.
She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Maciej joined the Onyx Team in 2017. He has over 11 years of experience in commercial project design and management, as well as construction of various types of building structures, including utilities. At Onyx, Maciej is responsible for coordination and oversight of capex and fit-out projects implemented in the managed portfolios.
Before joining Onyx, Maciej worked as Project Manager at Mercury Poland and Instal Lublin.
Maciej is a graduate engineer of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.

Before joining Onyx, Szymon worked as a Lawyer at Zgutka Zięcik Falkiewicz Forysiak law firm and as a commercial real estate agency consultant.

Agnieszka has been working with the Onyx team for over 15 years. She has experience in the areas of corporate and compliance regulations and for the last 5 years she was engaged as a property manager for a portion of the portfolio.
Presently Agnieszka serves as a board member of numerous portfolio SPVs, compliance officer in Octava S.A. (listed company) and oversees property management for 3 properties. Previously she served as a Compliance Officer in Copernicus TFI S.A.
Agnieszka is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin.

Agnieszka joined Onyx in January, 2018. She works with the finance team o its day-to-day activities such as bank reporting, analytics and also supports property management activities.

Jarek joined the Group in 2018. He has 15 years of experience as a licensed installations manager responsible for HVAC, gas and hydro installations. At Onyx, Jarek is responsible for the oversight and coordination of installations’ maintenance and repairs in the managed portfolio properties.
Previously, Jarek has worked at Mercury Engineering Polska as engineer and construction manager on projects covering hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial and logistic projects.
Jarek holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the Warsaw Polytechnic.

Paweł joined the Group in June, 2018. He has 18 years of experience in the design and implementation of various systems in commercial buildings. Presently, Paweł is responsible for the property management of an office building, including facility management oversight, tenant relations and full property budget responsibilities. His responsibilities extend to technical support on certain building systems across the portfolios managed by Onyx.
Before joining the group Paweł worked at Mercury Engineering Polska and Instom.
Paweł holds a Master's degree in engineering from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Łódź University of Technology.
Paweł joined the Group in June, 2018. He has 18 years of experience in the design and implementation of various systems in commercial buildings. Presently, Paweł is responsible for the property management of an office building, including facility management oversight, tenant relations and full property budget responsibilities. His responsibilities extend to technical support on certain building systems across the portfolios managed by Onyx.
Before joining the group Paweł worked at Mercury Engineering Polska and Instom.
Paweł holds a Master's degree in engineering from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Łódź University of Technology.
A graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw in the field of Management, licensed Property Manager, has 10 years of experience in working on commercial real estate. She joined Octava Property Trust in January 2019, taking the position of Property Manager for the Okęcie Park shopping and office complex at Al. Krakowska 61, where she was responsible for the maintenance of real estate with an area of ca. 80.000 sqm GLA.
Anna is responsible for contacts with tenants, lease agreements, budget implementation and especially overseeing cost optimization as well as the supervision and coordination of investments and improvements for the property. Currently, Anna is the Property Manager of Renaissance Tower in Wasaw’s Wola district with an area of ca. 20 sqm GLA and multi-storey car park.
Before she joined the Octava Team, Anna was part of the Neinver Group as Site Facility Manager, earlies as a Tenant’s Coordinator. She supervised all technical and contractual aspects of the shopping mall and offices with a total area of 20,000 sqm GLA, for Neinver Asset Management Polska.
A graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw in the field of Management, licensed Property Manager, has 10 years of experience in working on commercial real estate.
